You do not need to declare medical trials, however there will be no cover if you need to cancel or cut your trip short due to you taking part in a medical trial. You should also be aware that if you become unwell due to the medical trial and travel when a doctor had, or would have declared you not fit to travel, not cover will apply under the policy.
